Stuart William Duguid
An ordinary bloke who found something that worked for him, and is now sharing it.
Stuart William Duguid is a UK-based inspector who works offshore.
Around thirty years ago, he spent £200 on a self-improvement course he saw advertised in a national newspaper, put it to the test, and was amazed at how his life changed for the better. He went on to spend ten years working in the Middle East, in Oman and Dubai, which he calls the best ten years of his life. He is the father of two daughters.
Today he is restarting the nightly practice once again, sharing his progress with readers, and dreaming of a small home in the country.
Why I wrote this
I'm not writing this because I think I have all the answers. I'm writing it because I know what it is like to feel stuck, and I know what it is like to find something simple that helps. If a small habit in the last few minutes of the day could do what it did for me, it seems wrong to keep it to myself.
I'm not a doctor, a psychologist or a scientist, and I won't pretend to be. What I can give you is a clear routine, honestly explained, and an open account of how it's going for me now.
