What it is
Doing something every night is easier when you're not on your own. The members' community is where readers swap notes: what their affirmation is, how the first week went, what they changed to make the method their own.
I'm in there too. I'll post my journey updates as they happen and join the conversation when I can. I can't promise to answer everything, or how quickly, because I work offshore, but I'll be there.

How membership works after your first month
- It continues automatically. Your first month is included with the guide. After that, membership carries on at £5 a month until you cancel. Payments are taken monthly from the card you used at checkout, starting the day your included month ends.
- We'll remind you first. We'll email you at least 7 days before your first £5 payment, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. We'll also send any further reminders the law requires.
- Cancelling is quick. Cancel anytime, in a couple of clicks: from your account, using the link in your order email, or by emailing hello@pendulummethod.com. You don't need to contact anyone or give a reason.
- No charge if you cancel during your included month. If you cancel before it ends, you won't pay anything for membership.
- What happens to your access. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you're in (your included month, or the month you've paid for), then it ends and no further payments are taken. You keep the guide whatever you decide.
- Cooling-off. You also have a 14-day cooling-off right for the membership. See the terms of sale. It starts on the day you buy.
Keeping it a good place to be
Everyone's starting from a different place. Encourage, don't judge. No selling, spam or arguments.
Share what worked for you, but don't tell anyone to change medication or treatment. Nobody here, including me, gives medical, psychological or financial advice. If you're struggling, see your GP.
Use a display name if you like. Don't share other members' posts or details outside the community, and don't post anything you'd rather keep private.
